Trish takes care of all of the hiring and my buddy Dave takes care of all of the ordering and then I take care of a lot of the administrative stuff. Having to terminate somebody or discipline somebody is not fun, but over time it’s not become the part that I dislike the most because usually if it gets down to you having to do that, it’s something that really needs to be done. You can put a lot of effort to try to organize things, to get things straight and if someone is supposed to be here at a certain place or a certain time and they don’t show up, it causes a lot of problems. One of the earliest things that we ever teach people is how to clean up a spill because if you don’t, and this place gets so crazy sometimes, and if someone drops a glass of water out here on this ceramic tile and leaves it, and then someone else comes around this corner with a tray of food and slips and falls, you immediately have either a) that person may very well be hurt, or b) it turns things into a fiasco. People will call sometimes and say we think that you might have made us sick and I’ve taken classes on all of this and the fact of the matter is, unless you get more than one person calling up and saying that they ate something and it made them sick, chances are it’s really hard to say because the last thing that you ate may not be the thing making you sick.
