Wagner was a teenager, he participated in a shooting and robbery rampage in 1994 that left one man dead and two wounded. Wagner, now 29, was convicted this week in Adams County district court of first-degree murder and felony murder in the October 2006 killing of Anthony Montoya, 26. He also was convicted of second-degree burglary, two counts of second-degree assault, two counts of menacing with a deadly weapon and third-degree assault. Wagner is expected to be sentenced in April, and he is expected to be ordered to serve life in prison without the possibility of parole. More Halloween News
